World Tour Year Membership is the backend support system behind the program — built to help you move smarter, travel safer, and build real momentum internationally.

Global Tour Program Details

World Tour Year is a curated global artist incubator designed to help independent creatives expand their reach through international travel, structured development, and cultural immersion.

This is not a traditional tour or label program. It’s a disciplined, experience-driven platform built for artists ready to grow beyond borders.

Creative Ownership & IP

Artists retain ownership of their original creative work produced during the program. World Tour Year will request limited rights to use content for promotional and documentary purposes, with full transparency.

Program Length & Destinations

Pilot Program

3 months · 2–3 countries

Full Program (Future Cohorts)

12 months · 6–12 countries

Programs are intentionally flexible. If an artist gains strong traction in a specific region—through performances, collaborations, or audience growth—extended stays may be considered to support momentum and long-term opportunity.

On-SITE Support

During the program, artists are supported by:

  • Assigned coaches

  • On-location representatives

  • Daily check-ins and structured sessions

Support is designed to keep artists focused, accountable, and progressing throughout the experience.

After the Program

World Tour Year doesn’t end when the trip does.

Alumni gain:

  • Continued access to the World Tour Year network

  • Eligibility for future opportunities and partnerships

  • Ongoing community and collaboration potential

  • World Tour Year operates as both an incubator and an accelerator, depending on each artist’s experience level, goals, and needs.

Artists participate in a structured syllabus that includes:

    • Daily creative and professional assignments

    • Defined growth outcomes and benchmarks

    • Mandatory daily meetings and check-ins

    • Collaborative sessions with fellow artists

    • Ongoing coaching and accountability

The program balances discipline with exploration—supporting artistic development while encouraging community immersion, networking, and independent initiative.

  • World Tour Year helps remove major logistical barriers to international travel.

    Support includes:

    • Flight cost assistance during the pilot program

    • 100% covered shared lodging

    • Assigned on-location representatives

    • Dedicated coaches throughout the experience

Artists are expected to travel light, remain flexible, and engage respectfully with shared living environments.

  • World Tour Year actively supports artists by identifying and arranging:

    • Performance opportunities

    • Creative collaborations

    • Community-based events

Artists are also encouraged to secure their own opportunities through networking, outreach, and cultural immersion—maximizing exposure, income potential, and experience.

  • We help facilitate connections with:

    • Local venues

    • Creative communities

    • Cultural organizations and brands

Artists are encouraged to build authentic, long-term relationships on the ground, turning real connections into future opportunities beyond the program.

  • World Tour Year supports artists with:

    • Marketing strategy and positioning

    • Creative ideation and guidance

    • Select promotional deliverables

Artists remain responsible for creating and promoting their own content. We help sharpen the message, not replace the artist’s voice.

  • Artists receive cultural intelligence training to help them integrate respectfully and confidently into new communities.

    Training covers:

    • Cultural norms and etiquette

    • Creative and professional expectations

    • Community engagement best practices

This ensures artists move with awareness, build genuine relationships, and represent themselves—and World Tour Year—with integrity.

  • World Tour Year is for artists who:

    • Are serious about their craft and growth

    • Can commit to international travel

    • Thrive in structured, accountability-based environments

    • Are open to collaboration and cultural immersion

    • Are comfortable living and working in shared spaces

    • Artists looking for a vacation

    • Those unwilling to follow structure or guidelines

    • Anyone unable to commit to the full program duration

  • World Tour Year is selective by design.

    1. Artists begin by paying a one-time $100 application fee

    2. This grants lifetime access to apply for future programs

    3. The fee does not guarantee acceptance

Applicants are invited to attend informational Zoom sessions before submitting a full application. The application itself is intentionally detailed and must be completed in full to be considered.

All applications are reviewed by the internal World Tour Year team. Selected artists are announced publicly and must confirm availability and commitment before onboarding.

  • Accepted artists will receive:

    • Required pre-departure content assignments

    • Travel and preparation guidelines

    • Program expectations and timelines

Completion of pre-departure requirements is mandatory.

  • During the program, artists are supported by:

    • Assigned coaches

    • On-location representatives

    • Daily check-ins and structured sessions

Support is designed to keep artists focused, accountable, and progressing throughout the experience.

  • World Tour Year covers travel and lodging as outlined. Artists are responsible for:

    • Meals and daily personal expenses

    • Visas and required documentation

    • Health and travel insurance

    • Personal equipment and supplies

  • Participants are expected to:

    • Act professionally and respectfully

    • Follow local laws and customs

    • Maintain positive conduct within shared spaces

    • Represent themselves and the program responsibly

Failure to meet conduct standards may result in removal from the program.
